These Terms of Service govern your use of the Segra website and services ("Service"). The Segra client software ("Software") is licensed separately under the GNU General Public License, version 2 (GPLv2). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Segra Software is free software. You can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GPLv2 as published by the Free Software Foundation. This license grants you the freedom to:

• Run the program for any purpose.
• Study how the program works and change it to make it do what you wish.
• Redistribute copies so you can help your neighbor.
• Distribute copies of your modified versions to others.

The software is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY. For the full license terms, please see the GNU GPLv2. These Terms of Service do not limit your rights under the GPLv2 for the Software itself.

When you upload content (e.g., game clips) to the Segra Service, you retain all ownership rights to your content. However, by uploading, you grant Segra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Service. Content marked as "public" may be viewed by other users.

The Segra Service is provided "as is". Segra makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee "uptime" or availability of the Service.

In no event shall Segra or its contributors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Segra Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which informs users of our data collection practices.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

Segra reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes. By continuing to use the Service after changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
